"Flash came with a good reputation, and lived up to it. First contact was an emergency call-out to a leak evidenced in the bedroom ceiling. Simon responded within minutes and identified a small crack in the cold water tank. He lowered the water level and quoted for replacing the tank. I accepted and he installed it three days later. Did a great job too, no mess and a very tidy installation."
