He was working very hard and really efficiently. Genuinely a very nice and kind person. I had someone else out a few days before for the same problem, they only told us to restart the system and charged double the amount, a complete waste of time. I will not call anyone else in future, I only trust Simon to work on our gas or heating system. Thank you.”
