Service & Repair

Our standard gas boiler service includes:

• Check appliance operating pressure and/or gas rate
• Check for safe combustion using a flue gas analyser
• Check all safety devices
• Check chimneys integrity, terminal, route and support
• Check and measure ventilation where required
• Full check of central heating system including radiators, the airing cupboard and any associated components
• Check carbon monoxide alarm
• Free energy efficiency advice given

A service certificate will be issued and annual service reminders set up
